In March we launch the campaign for Phase II of the Infinity Alcaidesa and Royal Palms Mijas projects, following an incredible response from our clients, who have reserved over 90% of the Phases I properties.

Today we would like to echo the article published by The Olive Press, in which One Eden’s Managing Director, Antonio Sardina, praised the success of the group’s philosophy: “The Premier Resorts not only provide excellent facilities for the apartments owners, but it means the flats are more attractive to rent, so investors are already buying with us, as well as families who intend to live here all year round and enjoy the first class amenities”.

On The Olive Press article, Antonio Sardina highlights the excellent work of the entire One Eden sales team, which has allowed Phase I of the first two developments, “Alcaidesa Infinity and Royal Palms Mijas, to be practically sold out. Phase II of these two projects is being launched this week with a very long waiting list of clients”.

Antonio Sardina has also commented on the upcoming construction of two developments in Estepona and Alcaidesa: Cascades Estepona (64 townhouses) and Serenity Alcaidesa (over 270 frontline golf apartments and penthouses), for Easter.
