We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven sales person. The role will be based at one of our offices between Alcaidesa to Mijas. You will have previous, proven sales experience in real estate, negotiator and closer with a friendly demeanor. You will need to be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken to a business level (French, German and a Scandinavian/Nordic language would be advantageous but not essential). Best off plan residential developments on Costa Del Sol. 4 projects with over 1.500 properties to launch. Phase I of both Alcaides and Mijas projects already nearly sold out in record time. Join the new exciting team with strong marketing and sales support.

Tele responder, to start the customer/clients journey, qualifying the lead i.e. first conversation with new clients. Filter out the customer/client by phone. i.e. if above budget of customer then filter this out before sales executives gets involved. Multilingual spoken. Positive Telephone Manor. Ideally experience using hub spot database. Varied shift pattern. For example, 3 days through the week, then weekends. Candidate in the first instance to be mobile within the 3 locations (Mijas, Estepona & Alcaidesa). Self sufficient, driven. Creative, for example taking photos of locations, sunset etc and sending onto potential clients. Soft sell (no cold calling). Following up on enquires to then pass onto Sales Exec.
